We begin our 25th season milestone with a one hour look back, featuring video clips and guest visits by those who helped shape our cultural arts organization into the longest running motion picture organization in San Diego’s history.

What a fabulous night, all the guests spoke so kindly of Andy (and rightfully so)…even the Mayor, wowie! I knew Andy and the Cinema Society were special but not that special. The evening had me feeling so honored to be apart of this respected and illustrious organization that is the Cinema Society. I will always be grateful to the member that came into the Blockbuster I was working at all those years ago and asked if we carried “Follow the Bitch” and then proceeded to enlighten me on the existence of the Cinema Society...how ironic that that same film will be paid tribute to next month. As always and with the utmost sincerity, thank you Andy, for everything you do and your love for the Cinema.

Great celebration, great guests, they are all such fans of film, even the Mayor (who knew).
The clips from the Society's past were very entertaining, nice hair and mustache (I'm sure that all of us would enjoy having our pictures from 10 or 20 years ago displayed on the big screen). How will you be able to top this at the celebration for the 30th season?
