AN EVENING OF AWARD WINNING SHORT FILMS

Film Lineup Selected from the Following (in alphabetical order):

GLOBE TROT (USA, 5 min): Mitchell Rose's latest work is a crowd-sourced film as 50 filmmakers in 23 countries each shoot two seconds of dance.

THE GULF (Canada, 11 min): A pair of young adventurers labor to build a gigantic bridge to cross an enormous gulf blocking the road ahead.

KEYS OF HEAVEN (Finland, 28 min): Two homeless Iranian brothers try to cope with the challenges of everyday life.

OWNED (USA, 6 min): Award-winning animation (Student Emmy 2014) tells the story of a video game master who gets schooled by a toddler and discovers the true meaning of life.

RECORD (Australia, 16 min): A father and his blind daughter struggle to connect after the death of their beloved wife and mother.

SMALL (Australia, 7 min): After a long courtship online, Amy has finally invited Bill over for dinner so they can at last meet in the flesh. There's just one small problem...

TODAY'S THE DAY (USA, 14 min): A young intern at a talent agency goes for his big break when he barges into the boss's office on the day of the big audition.

A WRITER AND THREE SCRIPT EDITORS WALK INTO A BAR (Australia, 3 min): A writer tells a joke. Complications ensue.
