I finally got in touch with the parking garage.
They've apologized for the scheduling conflict and confirmed that the event was on the schedule they received from me.
I know an apology doesn't do much for your patrons that turned around when they couldn't find a place to park, however, I would like to let you know of some new measures that are being taken to ensure that this debacle does not occur in the future.
1. I will continue to send the parking garage my calendar of events (which includes the projected start and ending time for each event).
2. My contact from the parking garage will now send me an email version of his parking attendant schedule for me to double check and verify that the garage will be open during Birch North Park Theatre events.
I do truly apologize on behalf of the theatre that we were unable to have more control over this situation.
